Terms & Conditions — ezspin4 Platform Agreement

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and ezspin4 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the ezspin4 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ezspin4.cam (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must refrain from registering an account and discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ezspin4.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered member account created by a User on the ezspin4 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, or promotional amounts awarded to a Member that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits and winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Members to submit identification documents before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, live casino, and ancillary services offered through the ezspin4 platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ezspin4, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ezspin4 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing and using the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable national or local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold, and have never previously held, another Account on ezspin4. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not been self-excluded from ezspin4 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.
• Your Account is not being used for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• You have not been identified by ezspin4 as a problem gambler or had your Account restricted by our responsible gambling team.

ezspin4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds obtained through ineligible use.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to promptly update this information if it changes.

ezspin4 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with our anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") obligations. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid international passport.
• Proof of current residential address issued within the past 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account showing your name).
• Where additional verification is required under enhanced due diligence procedures, ezspin4 may request supplementary documentation.

ezspin4 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending KYC completion and to close any Account where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions on ezspin4 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal process:

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• ezspin4 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and KYC verification status.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• ezspin4 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Dormant Account balances (accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative fee of RM10 per month after written notice is provided to the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ezspin4 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional offers to registered Members. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to Members who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. ezspin4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real money funds are wagered first, unless otherwise specified by the platform at the time of bonus activation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
• ezspin4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of systematic exploitation, technical error, or abnormal wagering patterns.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Members based on their registered date of birth and VIP tier at the time of their birthday. Verification of date of birth via KYC documentation is required.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon successful KYC completion and qualifying deposit by the referred Member. Self-referrals and coordinated referral ring schemes are prohibited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ezspin4 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games:

• All bets placed through the ezspin4 platform are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where expressly allowed by the specific product rules (e.g., a voided sporting event).
• ezspin4 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement period, or affected by circumstances rendering fair settlement impossible.
• Odds and game parameters displayed at the time of bet placement are subject to change. The odds or RTP applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment of placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or live betting event, ezspin4 will investigate the incident. Bets affected by material technical errors may be voided and stakes returned at ezspin4's sole discretion.
• ezspin4 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game, market, or feature. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may affect access to certain services.
• The maximum single-bet payout across all sports and casino products is MYR 500,000 per event, unless a higher limit has been expressly agreed in writing for specific VIP Members.
• For sports betting: Mix Parlay selections must comply with combination rules published on the sportsbook page. Conflicting selections within the same event will be voided from the parlay.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ezspin4 platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of applicable balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on ezspin4, whether under your own identity or under a false or fictitious identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any Account communication.
• Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration on the platform to obtain an undeserved financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies, where bets are systematically placed across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee risk-free profits, in a manner that ezspin4 determines to be exploitative of promotional pricing.
• Allowing a third party to access and use your Account on your behalf, particularly where that third party is a professional betting advisory service.
• Engaging in any activity that ezspin4 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform, its other Members, or its commercial operations.

9 Responsible Gambling

ezspin4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable persons. The following responsible gambling provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• All Members must be aged 21 or above. ezspin4 will take steps to verify the age of all Members and will suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• Members may, at any time, request the application of deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, or session time limits to their Account via the responsible gambling section of their Account dashboard.
• A cool-off period (temporary account restriction) of 24 hours to 6 weeks may be activated by the Member or by ezspin4's safeguarding team where appropriate.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ezspin4 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of ezspin4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content; the creation of derivative works based on platform materials; or the use of automated tools to extract, scrape, or index platform content.

Any use of ezspin4's trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezspin4's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the Service — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezspin4 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.
• Losses arising from events outside ezspin4's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, third-party payment provider failures, or regulatory actions.

ezspin4 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other malicious components. Members access and use the Service at their own risk.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ezspin4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the Service.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Member's payment provider.
• A Member's voluntary request for account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real Money Funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and applicable deductions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ezspin4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ezspin4 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ezspin4's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ezspin4 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce the prohibition on prohibited conduct set out in Section 8.
